1998

Founded by ex-PW professionals, HBS (used to be SWA, partner of CA China) provided implementation and consulting service for ACCPAC Customers in China. SWA (HBS) was one of the best ERP seller and consulting service provider with the market share of over 60%.
1999

SWA (HBS) started to provide customized development for ACCPAC to help customers comply with China GAAP and local statutory requirements from tax and finance bureau.
2000 HBS was formally founded and its mission is to deliver localized business application software to help finance department run better.
 2001-2003 A series financial software localization solutions designed for foreign ERP giants like SAP, Oracle, JDE… have been developed.
2003

HBS Financial Localization Solution (HBS FLS) was certified by Shanghai Finance Bureau. Till now, HBS is still the unique certificated vendor in this niche market.
2004

Signing contract with GE Water indicated that HBS had formally created the blue ocean market of financial information system (FIS) localization and compliance solutions.
2005 Signing contract with RICHEMONT (the world 2nd largest luxury group) marked that another HBS flagship product, Golden Tax Solution (HBS GTS) had officially entered China market.
2006 Providing nationwide solutions to Cargill (the top non-listing company in USA) declared the entrance of HBS FLS Group Pack.

HBS has now become the market leader undoubtedly by cooperating with lots of world famous companies.
