1. Provide onsite support to clients on installation and production issues where necessary.

2. Familiar with HBS localization solution.

3. Under the guidance of manager, assist clients to solve issues, bugs and relevant problems by telephone, email, onsite support.

4. Provide training to end users and / or client IT staff.

5. Provide reasonable improvements of products according to the needs of customers.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1. Fresh students or 1 year technical support relevant experience;

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, information management is a plus;

3. Solid knowledge in Excel and SQL Server;

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English is a plus.

   of PM,  issue the relevant financial statements;

2. Assist client to prepare all the financial information to meet 

    the requirements of Finance Bureau;

3. Provide training to end users and / or client IT staff;

5. Close liaison with technical team to resolve new solution.

3. Develop opportunities by structuring and qualifying discovered Leads, creating and managing pipelines and moving opportunities along the sales cycle to closure.

4. Ability to understand and describe how HBS product solutions and features can address the business issues that customers are facing.

5. Provide various business analyses, quickly identify problems and suggest for improvement along with possible solutions to meet business requirements; closely monitor, proactively coordinate with departments to achieve companies and personal targets.

6. Follow up potential customers, coordinate internal and external resources, dominant business negotiation process.

7. Negotiate price and volume discounts within well-defined schedules and guidelines, follow up the process of implementation.

8. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations and manuals related to proposed solution.

9. Work closely with other team like Customer Services, Technology, Marketing, and Implementation to maximize HBS value proposition to clients.

10. Build and maintain successful business relationships with HBS strategic partners.

11. Evaluate new business and responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, overall account penetration strategy.

5. Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team.

6. Get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues with implementation consultant.

8. To provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement, use the HBS standard system and tools to ensure the sales process efficiency.

6. Facilitates regular project team meetings. Tracks all issues on an issue log and assures that all issues are resolved. Escalates when necessary. Conducts side meetings and working session, as needed, to resolve issues.

7. Communicates with direct management on ongoing status, milestones, successes and project risks.

8. Engages with Business teams for pilot and rollout processes, Monitors quality at every stage to make sure that significant issues are resolved timely.

9. Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
